Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

- Easily view your order status and order history
- Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions
How long will delivery take?
All orders are despatched on a 48hr service (two working days) and we process orders for despatch up to midday Mon-Fri. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day and any orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorised. If the credit card has already been authorised for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal
Is my payment information safe?
Your transaction and payment information is handled directly by our payment provider Stripe, with secure encryption under strict banking standards. No information can be read or seen by anyone other than your bank, not even by Sparkle Lights.
What is your return policy?
We really hope that you love everything you receive in your order from us, however if for any reason you wish to return an item/order please let us know within 30 days of receipt of your items. You can contact us either through the ‘contact us’ page or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number and details of the item/items you wish to return.
We’ll aim to get back to you within one working day to help you return or replace your order.
Depending on the circumstances, we may not need you to return items and therefore may not be able to refund the postage if you post an item without getting in touch first.
